Glenclair Aggregation
Professional farm management, on behalf of Glenclair Aggregation Pty Ltd
Glenclair Aggregation is a corporate-owned investor property held by Glenclair Aggregation Pty Ltd and managed by RAM Co (Rural Asset Management) on behalf of Fresh Earth. These properties are professional regenerative land investments — not family farms.
4,200 hectares of Northern Tablelands country — granite plateaus, 10km of McDonald River frontage, diverse native habitat, and the highest-yielding environmental plantings project the team has ever modelled.
The Land
The Glenclair Aggregation brings together three neighbouring stations — Glenclair, Airlie and Yaccamunda — across 4,200 hectares of Northern Tablelands country near Bendemeer. Acquired by Fresh Earth in June 2025, the property carries a large-scale agistment herd while three parallel projects are developed: over 1,300 hectares of reforestation under the Environmental Plantings methodology, a soil carbon program across 600 hectares, and a biodiversity stewardship site protecting one of Eastern Australia's rarer ecosystems. Glenclair is where Fresh Earth's model is being proven at scale.
Baseline → Target
Measurement begins at baseline and tracks toward the project target across the property. All values are modelled or measured — not independently verified until Stage 05 audit.

Carbon & Ecology Projects
Each project operates under a separate CER registration, with its own measurement baseline and audit pathway.
Glenclair Environmental Plantings
Reforest 1,334 hectares of Northern Tablelands country with native species to generate ACCUs and restore biodiversity corridors.
Reforestation by Environmental or Mallee Plantings 2024
Glenclair Soil Carbon
Improve soil organic carbon across 600 hectares from a baseline of 1.3–1.4% SOC through pasture restoration and grazing management.
Integrated Farm Land Management (IFLM) — pending approval
Glenclair Biodiversity Stewardship Site
Protect and manage 1,682 hectares of biodiverse habitat with high conservation value across rare woodland ecosystems and native vegetation corridors.

Property Scoped
Glenclair Aggregation — 1,682 ha. Three properties in design phase.
The Glenclair Aggregation is the largest single landholding in Fresh Earth's portfolio. At 1,682 ha across multiple contiguous properties in the NSW Southern Tablelands, it represents the aggregation model at its most ambitious: soil carbon, biodiversity stewardship, and environmental plantings designed to run simultaneously at scale. RAM Co is managing the design and supply phase on behalf of Fresh Earth.
- Aggregation area:

Design Phase Active
Project design underway across all three project types.
Glenclair is in Stage 02 Design. This means the technical project structures — ERF methodology selection, land management plans, biodiversity assessment frameworks — are being finalised by RAM Co and Fresh Earth's project design team. No CER registration has been filed yet. Design must be completed before registration; registration must happen before measurement begins.

Registration & Measurement Ahead
CER registration and baseline measurement begin once design is approved.
Once project design is approved, Glenclair will follow the same registration path as Hillview Park: independent baseline assessment, CER project registration, then measurement begins. Given the scale — 1,682 ha — the ecological and carbon measurement infrastructure for Glenclair will be the largest single deployment in Fresh Earth's portfolio to date.
- Pre-registration:
- Independent baseline ecological assessment
- CER registration:
- Planned — post design approval
- Measurement start:
- Follows CER registration
- Scale:
- Largest single Fresh Earth property
