A large-scale NSW Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement across 1,682 hectares of the Glenclair Aggregation. Tucker Environmental ecology assessment underway; formal species sign-off pending written confirmation. LiDAR survey completed June 2025. Estimated 9,847 ecosystem credits, including rare "carax" ecosystem credits. Adjacent Bendemeer Solar and Wind Farm projects create immediate credit demand.
