Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd is conducting a Crowd-Sourced Funding (CSF) equity raise of A$1.5M at a A$15M valuation. The raise is facilitated by Swarma, an ASIC-licensed CSF intermediary.
The A$1.5M raise funds Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd to build its platform, legal infrastructure, and ambassador distribution engine — not farm acquisitions. The Fresh Earth Land Token (FELT) is a separate future instrument issued after the platform is operational and regulatory approval is received. FELT — not the CSF raise — is what acquires and regenerates land. Ambassadors who grow the movement during the CSF phase are rewarded with equity shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd.
