You receive ordinary shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd — equity in the company, not in any individual farm or land holding.

You receive shares in Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd and access to the investor update programme. You can also join the ambassador programme: eligible ambassadors who opt in may receive additional company equity for successful referrals, subject to programme terms — making them both shareholders and community advocates for the mission. As the platform builds toward Earth Currency (FELT) issuance, all shareholders receive progress updates.

Earth Currency (FELT) is the ongoing product after the platform is built and regulatory approval is received. People buy FELT to finance land into the Earth Treasury — a community commons of regenerating Australian farmland. Earth Currency units will be issued against the Earth Treasury, with a valuation framework documented in a prospectus and independent audits of underlying land value and project performance. Regeneration outcomes (soil health, biodiversity, water quality) will be measured and reported against published baselines. Once Earth Currency is issued, operators who carry out regenerative work may receive Earth Currency alongside investors. Earth Currency is a separate instrument to your CSF equity shares — it is not yet issued and is contingent on platform completion and ASIC regulatory approval.

Ambassadors are community leaders who help translate the Fresh Earth mission into communities — first around the CSF raise, then around Earth Currency (FELT) as it launches. Eligible participants who opt in to the equity pathway may receive additional company equity for successful referrals, subject to programme terms detailed in the CSF offer document. The ambassador programme is free to join — no investment required for the movement lane.
