On 910 hectares of Southern Tablelands country, 13 wind turbines operate alongside Angus cattle and Merino sheep — and soil carbon is being built in the ground.

The Land

Hillview Park sits on 910 hectares of undulating basalt and sandy loam country in the Southern Tablelands, near Woodhouselee via Goulburn. The property runs Angus cattle and Merino sheep while hosting a fully operating 13-turbine wind farm under a commercial energy lease. A soil carbon project is underway across 589 hectares, with an estimated 147,000 ACCUs projected over 25 years. A biodiversity stewardship site covering 189 hectares is in development. The historic Cobb & Co Inn — a convict-built stone homestead from 1840 — anchors the property's sense of place.

Baseline → Target

Measurement begins at baseline and tracks toward the project target across the property. All values are modelled or measured — not independently verified until Stage 05 audit.

Each project operates under a separate CER registration, with its own measurement baseline and audit pathway.

From basalt country to Earth Treasury.

Hillview Park is the first Fresh Earth property with all three project types underway simultaneously. Follow the complete chain: baseline survey → project design → measurement → audit gate → treasury value.

    The Pioneer

    Active

    Family-operated. Third-generation Southern Tablelands country.

Richard Gillman runs Angus cattle and Merino sheep across 910.86 hectares of basalt and sandy loam near Woodhouselee via Goulburn — the same country where the Cobb & Co Inn was built in 1840. Hillview Park is the only family-operated farm in Fresh Earth's portfolio. When a family farm joins the model, the land story is personal, not corporate.

    The Baseline

    Active

Two independent CER registrations filed before measurement begins.

Before any credit can be claimed, the starting point is locked. Tucker Environmental completed biodiversity and ecological field assessments across the property. The Clean Energy Regulator has registered both a soil carbon project and a biodiversity stewardship site. These registrations predate any measurement outcome — they are the foundation that makes verification possible, not a post-hoc claim.

    Three Projects Running in Parallel

    In progress

Soil carbon. Biodiversity stewardship. Wind energy. No single point of failure.

Most regenerative farms run one project type. Hillview Park runs three simultaneously. This is the model: diversify the income layer so that a shortfall in carbon prices doesn't collapse the whole system. The wind farm is already operating — it is the only fully active renewable energy project in Fresh Earth's portfolio, generating indexed lease income now.

    Soil carbon area:
    589.72 ha across the property
    ACCU yield (modelled):
    13.3 ACCUs/ha/yr → 147,028 over 25 years

    189 ha / 805 ecosystem credits targeted

    The Audit Gate

    In progress

Modelled outcomes remain modelled until Stage 05 independent verification passes.

Nothing at Hillview Park is verified income yet. The 147,028 ACCU projection is a model — carefully constructed and CER-registered, but a model. Stage 05 is the independent audit that converts modelled to recognised. Until that gate opens, Fresh Earth does not present outcomes as facts. The gate is mandatory. This is how the model is designed to prevent greenwashing: the claim is not made until the proof is independently confirmed.

    Gate:
    Stage 05 — independent third-party audit
    Authority:
    Clean Energy Regulator (CER)
    Before gate:
All outcomes labelled "modelled — not verified"
    After gate:
Net verified value recognised in Earth Treasury

    The Treasury Pathway

    Planned

Post-audit net value flows to Earth Treasury — and backs the first FELT asset.

After Stage 05 verification, transparent project costs — design, supply, operation — are deducted and publicly disclosed. The net verified value flows to the Earth Treasury. Earth Treasury holdings back Earth Currency (FELT), the future instrument that enables community ownership of verified land outcomes. Hillview Park, once Stage 05-complete, becomes the first property to have walked this chain end to end.

    Cost structure:
Design + supply + operation — publicly disclosed
    Net flows to:
    Earth Treasury
    Treasury backs:
Earth Currency (FELT) — future instrument, not yet issued
    Hillview's role:
Pioneer — first property to complete the full chain
