13 wind turbines operating at Hillview Park under a commercial lease with Crookwell Development Pty Ltd and Union Fenosa Wind Australia. The wind farm generates renewable electricity for the grid and provides indexed passive income to the property trust. This is a fully operational asset — the only operating renewable energy project in the Fresh Earth portfolio.
