Hillview Park Soil Carbon
Build soil carbon across 589 hectares of Southern Tablelands grazing land through improved pasture management and grazing rotation.
Baseline sampling is complete. Measurement cycle has started.
About This Project
A 25-year soil carbon project across 589.72 hectares of the Hillview Park property. The project uses improved grazing management, pasture restoration, and soil amendment to increase organic carbon content. Projected at 147,028 ACCUs over 25 years (13.3 ACCUs/ha/yr). Carbon outcomes are verified under the ERF Soil Carbon methodology and registered with the Clean Energy Regulator.
Project Economics
Modelled projections based on FullCAM/PLANR methodology and CER floor pricing. Values are estimates — not guaranteed outcomes. Net flows to Earth Treasury after design, supply and operation costs are accounted for.
After design, supply and operation costs — transparent project expenses verified at each stage — the net value from Hillview Park Soil Carbon flows to the Earth Treasury. CSF equity backs the platform company that makes this measurement and verification possible.

Impact Progress
Baseline sampling is complete. Measurement cycle has started.
Soil samples collected at fixed points annually. Carbon content must increase above the measured baseline to generate credits. Independent lab analysis + CER audit required before any credits are issued.
Back the platform that verifies Hillview Park Soil Carbon and every project like it.
The CSF raise funds Fresh Earth Universe Pty Ltd — the company building the operating system, legal infrastructure, and verification platform. Farm projects are funded through Earth Currency (FELT), issued after the platform is built.
