Lenore
Professional farm management, on behalf of Fresh Earth portfolio
Lenore is a corporate-owned investor property managed by RAM Co (Rural Asset Management) on behalf of Fresh Earth. These properties are professional regenerative land investments — not family farms.
399 hectares bordering the Cooksvale Aggregation — fertile granite soils, a 30-year plantation forestry project in development, and the only property in the portfolio with both a carbon credit and timber harvest pathway.
The Land
Lenore sits on 399 hectares of undulating granite country in Peelwood, sharing its cadastral boundary with the Cooksvale Aggregation. The property's cool temperate climate, reliable rainfall (750–800mm/yr), and 4.5 kilometres of Cooksvale Creek frontage make it one of the region's best candidates for plantation forestry. A 30-year Pinus radiata project is being designed to generate ACCUs across the rotation and build toward a timber harvest at maturity — the only dual carbon and timber revenue pathway in the Fresh Earth portfolio. A NSW Government grant application of $630,000 has been submitted under the Support Plantation Establishment Program.
Baseline → Target
Measurement begins at baseline and tracks toward the project target across the property. All values are modelled or measured — not independently verified until Stage 05 audit.

Carbon & Ecology Projects
Each project operates under a separate CER registration, with its own measurement baseline and audit pathway.

Confirmed milestones are solid. Estimated future milestones are shown dashed — subject to regulatory decisions and operational scheduling.

The Dual Pathway Property
The only Fresh Earth farm with both a carbon credit and a timber harvest revenue stream.
Lenore sits on 399 hectares of undulating granite country in Peelwood, sharing its cadastral boundary with the Cooksvale Aggregation. A cool temperate climate, 750–800mm/yr rainfall, and 4.5 kilometres of Cooksvale Creek frontage make it one of the region's premier plantation forestry candidates. A 30-year Pinus radiata plantation is being established — the only property in the entire Fresh Earth portfolio with both ACCU income across the rotation and a timber harvest revenue event at maturity.

Registered & Grant Application Filed
CER registered January 2026. $630,000 NSW Government grant application submitted.
Lenore's plantation forestry project was registered with the Clean Energy Regulator in January 2026 (ERF-PF-2026-0128) under the Carbon Farming Initiative — Plantation Forestry methodology. Planting is scheduled for April 2026, sharing the Cooksvale Aggregation's staff and machinery. A NSW Government grant of $630,000 has been applied for under the Support Plantation Establishment Program — a material contribution toward the establishment cost of the 349-hectare plantation.

Three Revenue Events Over 30 Years
Thinning at Year 14, Year 20. Clearfell and final harvest at Year 30.
The Pinus radiata rotation generates ACCUs throughout the growth cycle, with additional timber revenue events at three points: a commercial thinning at Year 14, a second thinning at Year 20, and the final clearfell at Year 30. The FullCAM carbon model accounts for carbon stock changes at each of these events. This is the most structurally complex revenue profile in Fresh Earth's portfolio — and the most durable, with a 30-year registered project term.
- Thinning Year 14:
- Commercial timber revenue event + carbon stock adjustment
- Thinning Year 20:
- Second commercial thinning
- Clearfell Year 30:
- Final timber harvest — project conclusion
- Verification:
- Stage 05 — independent CER audit before any ACCU recognition
