About This Property

Cooksvale West is managed by RAM Co (Rural Asset Management) on behalf of Fresh Earth. This is a professionally managed regenerative land investment — not a family farm. Third property of the Cooksvale Aggregation (761 ha total).

Cooksvale West completes the aggregation. With CER registration in its final stages, it adds 220 hectares to the cluster — and benefits on day one from every system already running on the neighbouring properties.

The Land

Cooksvale West is the 220-hectare third property of the Peelwood cluster, completing the Cooksvale Aggregation alongside the core Cooksvale property and Cooksvale East. An environmental plantings project is in the final stages of Clean Energy Regulator registration — and like the other Cooksvale properties, it plugs directly into the aggregation's shared operational infrastructure. The same staff, machinery, and ZNE-Ag CRC research network already serving two active projects on the neighbouring properties are available to Cooksvale West from the moment planting begins.

Baseline → Target

Measurement begins at baseline and tracks toward the project target across the property. All values are modelled or measured — not independently verified until Stage 05 audit.

Each project operates under a separate CER registration, with its own measurement baseline and audit pathway.

    Aggregation Complete

    Active

Cooksvale West completes the Cooksvale Aggregation — 761 ha across three neighbouring properties.

Cooksvale West is the 220-hectare third property of the Peelwood cluster, completing the Cooksvale Aggregation alongside the core Cooksvale property and Cooksvale East. When all three are operational, Fresh Earth manages 761 ha as a single regenerative operating system — the aggregation model that reduces per-project costs by sharing staff, machinery, measurement infrastructure, and ZNE-Ag CRC research tools across all three sites.

    CER Registration in Final Stages

    In progress

Environmental Plantings project submitted. Registration approval expected Q2 2026.

Cooksvale West's Environmental Plantings project is in the final stages of Clean Energy Regulator registration — the same pathway as the active Cooksvale EP project next door. The project design uses the CER EP 2024 methodology. Once approved, planting can begin immediately: the Cooksvale Aggregation's existing staff, machinery, and ZNE-Ag CRC research tools are already deployed on the neighbouring properties and available from day one.

    CER application:
Submitted — awaiting final registration decision
    Methodology:

    On-Ground Operations Begin at Approval

    Planned

ZNE-Ag CRC Tier 2 partner alignment. Planting begins Q4 2026.

The moment CER registration is confirmed, Cooksvale West enters the same active operations framework already running on the neighbouring Cooksvale properties. Fresh Earth is a Tier 2 partner of ZNE-Ag CRC — research tools, data systems, and monitoring protocols are aligned across the Peelwood cluster. No new infrastructure build is required. Cooksvale West is the purest example of the aggregation advantage.

    ZNE-Ag CRC:
Tier 2 partner — program alignment across Peelwood cluster
    Planting target:
    Q4 2026 — follows registration (estimated)
    Monitoring:
    DSA (Decarbonisation Solutions Australia)
    Verification:
Stage 05 — CER independent audit before outcomes recognised
