Lenore Plantation Forestry
Establish a 349-hectare Pinus radiata plantation generating ACCUs over a 30-year rotation with timber harvest revenue at maturity.
About This Project
A long-rotation plantation forestry project across 349 hectares of Lenore, using the FullCAM carbon accounting methodology. The project generates Australian Carbon Credit Units throughout the growth cycle, with thinnings at Year 14 and Year 20 and a final clearfell at Year 30. This is the only property in the Fresh Earth portfolio with a dual ACCU and timber revenue pathway. A NSW Government grant application of $630,000 has been submitted under the Support Plantation Establishment Program. Planting is planned for April 2026. Lenore benefits from the Cooksvale Aggregation's shared staff, machinery and infrastructure.
Project Economics
Modelled projections based on FullCAM/PLANR methodology and CER floor pricing. Values are estimates — not guaranteed outcomes. Net flows to Earth Treasury after design, supply and operation costs are accounted for.
After design, supply and operation costs — transparent project expenses verified at each stage — the net value from Lenore Plantation Forestry flows to the Earth Treasury. CSF equity backs the platform company that makes this measurement and verification possible.
