Environmental Plantings across 277 hectares of Talbingo, modelled via PLANR methodology at 61.43 ACCUs/ha/yr — the highest yield the Fresh Earth team has ever modelled, ranging from 22.35 to 69.71 ACCUs/ha/yr depending on zone. Total projected ACCUs: 422,672 over 25 years. Talbingo shares all operational infrastructure with the neighbouring Glenclair Aggregation — machinery, contractors, full-time staff and housing — resulting in near-zero marginal establishment cost. Planting is planned for Autumn and Spring 2026.
