About This Project

A soil carbon project across 27.08 hectares of Cooksvale East, using the confirmed measured SOC baseline of 1.204%. This is the only property in the entire portfolio where soil carbon baseline has been directly measured (not modelled) — making it the strongest early proof point in the portfolio. Modelled at 11.24 ACCUs/ha/yr, projecting 6,222 ACCUs over 25 years.

Digital Twin

Cooksvale East Soil Carbon — Digital Twin

The digital twin visualises sensor and monitoring data from this project — soil carbon, moisture, biodiversity signals, and land condition — captured and updated as the project progresses.

Methodology
Measurement of Soil Carbon Sequestration in Agricultural Systems
What this means

Soil samples collected at fixed points annually. Carbon content must increase above the measured baseline to generate credits. Independent lab analysis + CER audit required before any credits are issued.
