About This Project
A soil carbon project across 27.08 hectares of Cooksvale East, using the confirmed measured SOC baseline of 1.204%. This is the only property in the entire portfolio where soil carbon baseline has been directly measured (not modelled) — making it the strongest early proof point in the portfolio. Modelled at 11.24 ACCUs/ha/yr, projecting 6,222 ACCUs over 25 years.
